PlayStation Store Update Brings EA Store, 100 PSP Games

EA Publisher Page

In preparation for the launch of the PSP Go today, Sony has added 100 full PSP games for purchase on the PlayStation Store as part of their regular weekly update. But it’s not all just PSP content this week: The update also adds Electronic Arts as the second third-party publisher to get their own store page (via PlayStation Lifestyle), along with a bevy of other content for both the PlayStation 3 and PSP.

You can see the full list of available PSP games on Sony’s official PlayStation Blog post, which includes titles from just about every major third-party publisher you could think of. Additionally, the PSP Go has launched with 13 Minis, which you can read more about here.

EA’s “publisher page,” meanwhile, now joins Capcom’s, making them the only two publishers to have their own little corners of the PlayStation Store to themselves. And EA can add to it two new demos today, too: one for Brutal Legend (which EA is publishing), and one for Need for Speed: Shift.
