Anyone who has tried to get a game of Fat Princess going in the week or so since its release knows about its network issues. Thankfully, developer Titan Studios has been listening, and a patch is now available that will hopefully resolve the lag and other problems that have plagued Fat Princess.
According to the notes, the new patch should “improve connections and reduce lag.” It also deals with “[Area-of-Effect] scoring exploits and a few other scoring imbalances” while making “minor tweaks that should reduce stalemates.” Titan Studios goes into much more detail on how exactly that is accomplished on their official website.
Fat Princess players have complained of lag since its launched on July 30, with other problems including dropped connections and matchmaking difficulties. Titan Studios promised a patch after the game’s release.
